Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights, represents a fantastic opportunity for WeWork’s Devonshire Square to celebrate both its history and the 10-year anniversary of its iconic Indian restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen. Devonshire Square will be marking this special day by hosting in its atmospheric Western Courtyard a FREE attendance festival that showcases some of India’s most traditional visual arts, Rangoli, and a dance show performed by some of the finest Indian folk & classical dancers in UK. During the event, which will take place on 7th November from 5pm to 7.30pm, guests will also be able to enjoy a complimentary tasting experience of Indian confectionary preparations and canapés, served with rose milk, the traditional Indian drink made with pure rose essence, courtesy of Cinnamon Kitchen.

  • Portuguese Fado lunchtime concert by Ru Vasconcellos and Mario Bakuna

    On Thursday 14th July at 12.30pm, Devonshire Square Western Courtyard will host an emotionally transporting Fado music concert by talented Portuguese singer Ru Vasconcellos accompanied by Brazilian guitarist Mario Bakuna. Both artists have performed internationally and worked with some of the most prestigious names in the Lisbon and San Paolo music scenes.   • Parisian Moulin Rouge Can-Can themed show by Tillie's Can Can

    On Thursday 7th July at 12.30pm, the talented and beautiful looking Tillie’s Can Can dancers will offer Devonshire Square’s audience the sensual and visually engaging routine that they performed for ITV's The Alan Titchmarsh Show, This Morning, Celebrity Big Brother and at some of the UK's top Cabaret venues, including The Dorchester, Hoxton Hall, Proud Cabaret & The Pigalle Club with Cirque de Cabaret. With their alluring moves and spectacular boudoir attires, Tillie’s Can Can will recreate in Devonshire Square the charming and vibrant mood of Parisian Moulin Rouge shows. This free attendance show is part of Devonshire Square's Harlequin Euro Festival, an exciting five week artistic program conceived and organised by the Devonshire Square Artistic Events Team to celebrate the sounds, dances and flavours of Europe.   • The Cossack Show - Traditional Russian dance performance

    Devonshire Square is delighted to host in its historical Western Courtyard the truly spectacular Cossack Show, a traditional Russian and Ukrainian dance performance. This exceptionally talented dancing troupe enchanted the crowd at the closing award ceremony of the Paralympics in 2014 and wowed the audience at the grand opening of the Easyjet’s new routes to Moscow; The Cossack Show group has appeared in a number of TV shows and performed in the STAG Theatre’s adaptations of “Fiddler on the roof” and Marie Atallah’s “Sing in French” in 2014.   • Turkish sword and veil dance show by Tevec

    On Thursday 30th June, award-winning Turkish Oriental and Theatrical Fusion dancer Tevec will treat the audience to a breath-taking sword dance performance followed by a very seductive veil dance show, bringing to Devonshire Square the suggestive atmosphere of Istanbul’s Oriental Palace’ evenings.   • The London Welsh Male Voice Choir in concert to support The Honeypot Children's Charity

    On Wednesday 29th June at 12.30pm, Devonshire Square will be hosting a FREE attendance lunchtime concert by the London Male Welsh Voice Choir. The concert is part of Devonshire Square's Harlequin Euro Festival and is dedicated to support the Honeypot Children Charity, a UK based organization that has been working since 1996 to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and young carers aged 5-12 years. The charity is celebrating its 20th year anniversary as well as the opening of a new summer house (Honeypot Pen y Bryn) in Powys, Wales, where young carers and vulnerable children can enjoy their own chance at childhood. Donation boxes will be available in the Western Courtyard during the concert and contributions can also be made online on the charity’s official website: http://www.honeypot.org.uk/donate-now/ The 40-strong choir dressed in traditional red and black attire will bring a splash of colour to the charming, historical setting of Devonshire Square Western Courtyard and their powerful, mesmerising voices will create a festive and emotionally solemn atmosphere. Founded in 1902, the London Male Voice Choir have sung in many of the Country’s cathedrals and prestigious concert venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff and Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.   • "The Italian Dream" - Opera concert by internationally acclaimed Tenors Alberto Sousa, Leonel Pinheiro and Alex Tsilogiannis

    Devonshire Square is delighted to pursue its artistic ambition of bringing opera to the “piazza”, helping to bring what was once considered an elitist form of entertainment to a wider audience, as it was in Europe after the opening of public theatres. Devonshire Square has already hosted in its atmospheric Western Courtyard some of the finest opera singers in the world. After the sounding success of Tenori who enchanted the audience during the Devonshire Square’s Love Christmas Festival 2015, the atmospheric Western Courtyard will be resounding with the powerful voices of young, talented tenors Alberto Sousa, Leonel Pinheiro and Alex Tsilogiannis who will be performing on 22nd June from 12 noon to 1pm. The three tenors will be singing a repertoire that includes some of the most beautiful and popular Italian Opera songs, with the accompaniment of Spanish concert pianist and conductor Maite Aguirre.   • Flamenco Music & Dance Show by Flamenco Vision

    On Tuesday 21st June at 12.30pm, Devonshire Square will be hosting in its atmospheric Western Courtyard a Flamenco Music & Dance Show by Flamenco Vision. This truly international group of dancers and musicians has entertained audiences all over the world, from Ipswich to Indonesia; London venues include the Royal Albert Hall, the Festival Hall, the Barbican and a number of luxurious hotels. They have featured in numerous television programmes worldwide and film credits include "The Curse of the Pink Panther". Most recently they performed together with a twenty-piece company in the world's biggest production of the opera Carmen at the national indoor arena in Birmingham and also in Dortmund in Germany. The group consists of two female dancers, a male dancer, a singer and a guitarist.   • Tribute concert to The Beatles by "Like The Beatles" band

    On Thursday 16th June at 12.30pm, Devonshire Square will celebrate the England National Football Team's kick off at the European Football Championship with a lunchtime concert by “Like The Beatles” band. Regarded as one of the best Beatles cover bands in the UK, "Like The Beatles" performed at the “John Lennon 75th Birthday Bash” at the London O2 Arena last year and in a number of prestigious international venues.   • River Dance Show by Brady’s Irish Music Company

    On Monday 13th June at 12.30pm Devonshire Square will mark the participation of Ireland in the European Football championship by hosting a stunning River Dance performance by the authentic Irish dancers of Brady’s Irish Music company. This amazingly talented dancing troupe has participated in a number of shows broadcast on ITV and the BBC.   • Notes from Paris and tribute to Edith Piaf by the Gabrielle Ducomble Band

    Devonshire Square’s Harlequin Euro Festival (10th June – 14th July 2016) will open with a lunchtime concert by London based, French Jazz singer Gabrielle Ducomble. Described as a singer with "an astonishingly beautiful voice" (Emma Freud, BBC Radio 4 Loose Ends), Gabrielle Ducomble brings a special blend of Gallic charm and sophistication to the British jazz scene. Singing in English and her native French, Gabrielle will offer the Devonshire Square audience a Parisian-style jazz and tango performance, putting a contemporary spin on songs by Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Serge Gainsbourg and Astor Piazzolla, plus her own original material. Gabrielle will be accompanied by her band which includes some of Europe’s finest musicians in an authentic line-up of guitar, violin and accordion, providing the perfect anchor for her superlative vocals.   • Harlequin Euro Festival

    Devonshire Square is delighted to announce the launch of the Harlequin Euro Festival, an exciting five week programme of FREE attendance music and dance shows, conceived and organised by the Devonshire Square Events Team to celebrate European culture, languages and folk traditions. The Festival will run from 10th June to 14th July 2016, in parallel with the European Football Championship, to which the events’ programme is thematically linked. The festival’s title, “Harlequin Euro”, is inspired by the character from the 16th century Italian “Commedia dell’arte”, Arlecchino, whose multi-coloured costume recalls the rich diversity of European cultures. All performances will take place at lunchtime in the historical setting of Devonshire Square’s Western Courtyard where visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of specially themed dishes and menus available at Devonshire Square’s iconic restaurants.
