Bar manager James Ray Charles Davies has created a cutting-edge cocktail menu that guests can enjoy inside or on the secluded terrace. The menu is designed educate and delight, with historic cocktails inspired by the East India Company’s heritage.
There’s also a fine selection of Champagnes – leading the list is a collection of Krug, with the prestigious Clos d’Ambonnay 1998 and the Krug Grande Cuvée available by the glass. For those who prefer spirits, The Old Bengal Bar boasts an impressive selection of rare spirits by the bottle including Daroze Armagnac, Lemorton Rareté Calvados and Rémy Martin Louis XIII cognac.
