Opera Tenor Yuri Sabatini in Concert

On Sunday 20th May, from 6pm to 9pm, the historical surroundings of Devonshire Square’s Western Courtyard will be the stage for a spectacular opera concert by Roman Tenor Yuri Sabatini.
The talented Tenor, who has been delighting audiences with outstanding performances all over Europe, will take the spectators to a journey of discovery through some of the most romantic and intense songs ever written for the tenor voice.
Sabatini will be accompanied by the Docklands Sinfonia Strings - conducted by Spencer Down - and by the velvet voice of uprising opera star Honey Rouhani, who recently made her West End debut in the role of Musetta in Puccini’s La Bohème at the Trafalgar Studios (Oliver Award Nominee).
Director Spencer Down has been orchestral director for high profile events including concerts for the Queen in the ballroom at Buckingham Palace and the world premiere of Grammy award-winning singer Imogen Heap’s ‘Love the Earth’ at the Royal Albert Hall. He was honoured to conduct the Mayor's Jubilee Band on one of the music barges taking part in the spectacular Queen's Jubilee Pageant on the river Thames.
The repertoire presented during the evening will feature Be My Love, Cielo e Mar, Non ti Scordar di Me, La Danza, Maria (West Side Story), La Spagnola, E’ La Solita Storia del Pastore, Granada, A’ Vucchella, Torna a Surriento, Summertime and many more.
Upon arrival, standard ticket holders will be offered a complimentary soft drink refreshment. Premium Italian wine will also be available throughout the evening, sold by the glass.
A complimentary glass of wine will be offered to both VIP and Premium ticket holders.
During the evening, there will also be the chance to buy raffle tickets with amazing prizes on offer, with the aim of raising funds to support two fantastic charities that provide assistance to disadvantaged children

Launching on the 1st October, the iconic restaurant festival is highlighting Devonshire Square as one of the capital’s most exciting foodie locations. On 17th October, famous Michelin chef Vivek Singh from Cinnamon Kitchen, one of the most successful and respected modern Indian chefs in the country, will be hosting a bespoke dining event as part of the “Top Ten Cuisines” event series, specially designed four-course dinners, hosted by some of the country’s most celebrated chefs. As part of the festival, on 23rd and 24th October, Devonshire Square will also be hosting a Restaurant Hopping Tour, a ticketed event which will enable diners to try five dishes at five of the estate’s most popular restaurants. Taking part in the culinary taste sensation will be Pitt Cue, Mac & Wild, Cinnamon Kitchen, Fish Market and Old Bengal Bar. Now in its tenth year, London Restaurant Festival celebrates London’s extraordinarily diverse range of restaurants.
