This year marks the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One and it is also 70 years since the D-Day landings, and the year Britain ended its combat role in Afghanistan after 13 years of fighting.
The Devonshire Square Engineering and Fabric Team were fortunate to be chosen to help with the Poppy installation at the Tower of London. During the morning of the 6th November they helped with planting 6,000 poppies to honour the memory of those who did not return from the battlefields of the 1st World War.
Tomorrow, Devonshire Square will be commemorating Armistice Day with a two minute silence at 11.11am in our Central Courtyard. We would like to invite you and your colleagues to join us and help us remember all of those who have served and died for Britain.
Lest we forget
