Fish Market is a relaxed setting in which to enjoy the freshest British-sourced fish and shellfish, with blackboards displaying daily market catches. The menu, compiled by head chef Barry MacMillan, features classic English dishes such as winkles and whelks; native lobster cocktail; beer-battered fish and chips with mushy peas; fish pie and Cornish fish soup. Other highlights include a fish board with cod’s roe, Arbroath smokies, salmon and potted mackerel. The restaurant’s focal point is the Crustacea Bar, which offers seafood platters alongside an extensive selection of English wines, as well as bins from further afield.
