Runners Need offers free video gait analysis to check your running action, so you can find the most suitable running shoe. It also offers a free Nike+ Run Club, meeting every Thursday at 6:15pm for a 5km run. Trained pacers ensure all abilities are catered for and there is no need to register — just turn up.
